Michael Kiser brings 36 years of frontline emergency response and 15 years of industrial safety experience to every engagement. He leads safety training and development at one of the largest iron foundry operations in the country and teaches an enterprise-wide leadership development course.
Michael started his career as a Firefighter/Paramedic, a role he still holds after three decades. He's served as an adjunct professor in the EMS program at Gadsden State Community College, trained government contractors, and helped small businesses across Alabama and Georgia build from the ground up.
That combination — boots-on-the-ground emergency experience, large-scale industrial safety, leadership development, and business consulting — is what led him to build RAVS Pass. He saw contractors struggling to pass compliance reviews on ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, and other platforms — spending thousands on consultants for work that should take hours — and built Raven to fix it.
