Welcome to RAVS Pass ("the Service"), operated by Michael Kiser Consulting ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By accessing or using RAVS Pass at ravspass.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RAVS Pass is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to help contractors prepare safety programs for ISNetworld's Review and Verification Services (RAVS) process. The Service offers three core capabilities:
Generated documents are available for download in DOCX and PDF formats.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@ravspass.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
RAVS Pass operates on a one-time payment model. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or automatic renewals. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of AI-generated content, which is delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the AI-generated output is delivered instantly and that you waive any right to a refund.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

All safety programs, reviews, repair documents, and other content generated by RAVS Pass are produced by artificial intelligence. While the AI is designed to align with OSHA standards and the RAVS checklist, AI-generated content has inherent limitations:

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Your content: You retain full ownership of any documents, text, or other materials you upload to RAVS Pass. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Generated content: Safety programs and documents generated by the Service are yours to use, modify, distribute, and submit as you see fit. You own the output.
Our platform: The RAVS Pass platform, branding, software, prompts, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Michael Kiser Consulting. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.
To provide AI-powered review, repair, and build services, your uploaded document text is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. By using the Service, you consent to this data transfer. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@ravspass.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any purchases already completed.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may, but are not required to, retain your data for a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Michael Kiser Consulting and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alabama. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
